Shipping:
Most items will ship to the 48 Contiguous United States via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Exceptions occur due to Pepper Spray and our Stun Gun Laws. Please review this information and know the laws in your area before placing and order.
Larger items may ship via special freight carrier.Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 1-2 weeks depending on the carrier and destination. Notification of back-ordered or current out of stock items will be added to your order. Email requests for additional information are usually answered quickly on the same day.
International fees policy: International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Returns:
All returns and exchanges must have an RMA from SelfDefenceAndSecurity, be in original packaging with all associated items, and in brand new condition (including product packaging) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs and transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items altered by the customer may not be returned or exchanged.
Restocking fees apply to all returns.
Refunds:
Any non-defective returned items received within 10 days of original ship date meeting all refund requirements will receive credit back to the original payment method less shipping, handling, and transaction fees.
Refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days. |
